Magnificent location short walk to beautiful gardens, the restaurant which is beautifully decorated and Skegness and Christmas. Really had amazing stay for one or two nights.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The location it offers is incredibly comfortable and handy, not far from the beer garden and surroundings, the beach / arcades, and restaurants.
