The place was fairly clean with an outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff. Awesome food, especially warm and exceptional breakfast. Magnificent location short walk to beautiful gardens, the restaurant which is beautifully decorated and Skegness and Christmas. Really had amazing stay for one or two nights.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Had a really nice stay for our next family visit. We ate at a good restaurant because of great food. The food was reasonably priced and fabulous. The room was newly remodelled and well-appointed, the location was nice secluded. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Skegness Butlins.

Would stay here again when I visit Skegness. This wonderful relaxing, spotless property has warm continental breakfasts and caring staff. The location it offers is incredibly comfortable and handy, not far from the beer garden and surroundings, the beach / arcades, and restaurants.
